Location:  Iwo Road Ibadan, Oyo state

Currently, we have an urgent need for the following position:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product knowledge: Must have a conversant knowledge and understanding of the features, uses, and benefits of the business products. (Phone Accessories, Electrical Products, Home Appliances - Electronics, Mobile Phones and SOLAR PRODUCTS)
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns; Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts.
• Contribute in meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas of IBADAN Branches
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
• Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Regularly reach out to potential customers

 REQUIREMENTS

• HND/B.Sc/OND/NCE in relevant and related field.
• Minimum 3 years plus of sales/marketing and Store keeping/Warehouse experience.
• Experience with mobile phones, accessories, Solar and electronics technology.
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills
• Products knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
