Media Buyer(Paid Ads Specialist) at Capsgain Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer(Paid Ads Specialist) to manage and optimize our Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns. The ideal candidate must be results-driven, data-oriented, and highly skilled at scaling profitable campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Conduct audience research and run A/B tests to optimize creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Scale campaigns profitably while managing budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad creatives (videos, graphics, and copy).
• Stay updated with platform trends, policies, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Media Buyer / Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads Marketer.
• Strong track record of running profitable campaigns on social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing funnels.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce advertising strategies is a plus.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
