Field Sales Promoter (Solar Storage & Inverter) at Ecohome Solutions Co., Ltd.

Job Summary :

ECOHOME is a premium, global provider of smart solar energy and lithium battery storage solutions. We are seeking energetic, highly-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Promoters to join our team in Abuja.

In this role, your primary focus is market storming, lead generation, and client invitation. You will identify individuals, shop owners, or businesses with genuine alternative power needs and invite them to our luxury showroom. You do NOT need to handle technical configurations, pricing negotiations, or final closing. Our expert Chinese expat team will take over all the technical and pricing sessions once the client arrives at the showroom.

Work Schedule :

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM .

Key Responsibilities :

• Field Storming: Actively promote ECOHOME solar products (inverters & LiFePO4 batteries) in commercial hubs, building material markets, residential estates, and targeted areas.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients (businesses, hotel owners, high-net-worth individuals, contractors) with real solar energy needs.
• Showroom Invitation: Convince and invite qualified potential buyers to visit our ECOHOME Showroom for a live product demonstration and professional solution planning.
• Relationship Building: Build a pipeline of prospective clients, collect their contact details, and follow up to ensure their showroom attendance.
• Reporting: Keep a clear daily record of contacted leads and feedback to the management team.

Job Requirements :

• Age Limit: Strictly between 26 and 40 years old.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal, and highly persuasive skills. Fluency in English and local languages (such as Pidgin or Hausa) to easily bond with everyday people.
• Experience: Previous experience in field sales, door-to-door marketing, roadshows, or promotional activations is a huge plus.
• Attributes: Highly resilient, enthusiastic, honest, and enjoys outdoor field marketing and market storming. Must have an outgoing personality.

Remuneration & Benefits :

• Potential Monthly Earnings: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000+ / month (Uncapped, the harder you work, the more you earn!)
