Job Summary

Edin & People Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team in Abuja. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in real estate sales, excellent relationship management skills and a proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for the company's real estate products and services.
• Market and sell company's plots.
• Conduct property inspections and client presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into buyers.
• Negotiate terms and close sales transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and marketing events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an added advantage.
