    Marketer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Market and sell loan products to eligible individuals, businesses, SMEs, and FMCG clients.
    • Source and build a strong pipeline of loan customers and business prospects.
    • Conduct preliminary customer assessment before recommending loan applications.
    • Maintain good customer relationships and support repayment follow-up.
    • Meet agreed loan marketing, disbursement, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth targets.
    • Provide market feedback to support loan product improvement and business growth.
    • Work with credit and operations teams to ensure proper documentation and smooth loan processing.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in loan marketing, credit sales, microfinance, consumer lending, SME lending, or heavy lending.
    • Strong experience marketing salary loans, micro-credit loans, SME loans, personal loans, and FMCG-related credit products.
    • Must have a strong customer base, referral network, or proven ability to generate quality loan leads.
    • Good knowledge of the Abuja lending market, especially salary, small businesses, traders, SMEs, cooperatives, and FMCG distributors.
    • Ability to meet agreed loan disbursement, customer acquisition, and repayment follow-up targets.
    • Strong marketing, selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Good understanding of basic credit assessment, customer profiling, loan documentation, and repayment capacity checks.
    • Ability to identify credible borrowers and reduce the risk of poor-quality loan bookings.
    • Must be target-driven, persuasive, confident, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Good communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
    • Must be resident in Abuja and familiar with the business districts.
    • Prior experience in a finance company, microfinance bank, fintech lending company, cooperative lending institution, or commercial bank will be an added advantage.

    Credit Admin Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Book and process approved loans accurately.
    • Maintain proper loan documentation and customer records.
    • Support credit appraisal, verification, and loan administration processes.
    • Monitor loan files and ensure all required documents are complete.
    • Assist in managing office administration and operational resources.
    • Prepare reports on loan processing, documentation, and portfolio status.
    • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in a commercial course such as Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Loan Officer, Credit Officer, or Credit Admin Officer.
    • Ability to book loans and manage credit documentation.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Must be painstaking, detailed, and highly organised.
    • Ability to organise and manage resources effectively.
    • Ability to handle office administration and support daily operational coordination.
    • Good reporting, record-keeping, and documentation skills.
    • Must be based in Abuja.

    Sales Support Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with daily sales and customer service activities.
    • Attend to customer inquiries and provide product information.
    • Support inventory tracking and stock management.
    • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
    • Assist with product display and showroom organization.
    • Follow up with customers and support sales initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND qualification in any relevant field.
    • Previous sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer literacy.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Business Development Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, loan origination, deposit mobilisation and relationship management within the consumer banking and business banking segments.
    • The role is specifically focused on candidates with experience in SME lending, IPPIS lending and FMCG business financing. The ideal candidate must be target-driven, commercially aware, experienced in credit marketing, and able to generate quality loan customers while maintaining strong repayment discipline.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Market and sell consumer banking and business banking products.
    • Source and manage SME loan customers, especially within the FMCG sector.
    • Drive IPPIS lending by identifying eligible salary earners and processing loan applications.
    • Build and maintain relationships with SMEs, traders, distributors, retailers and salary earners.
    • Conduct preliminary customer assessment and collect required loan documentation.
    • Support credit appraisal by providing accurate customer and business information.
    • Follow up on loan repayments and support recovery where necessary.
    • Mobilise deposits and grow the customer base.
    • Meet assigned sales, loan disbursement and repayment targets.
    • Prepare periodic marketing, loan pipeline and customer activity reports.
    • Monitor customer accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with lending policies, KYC requirements and internal procedures.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Economics, Accounting or any related field.
    • Additional training in credit, sales, microfinance or relationship management will be an advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in business development, credit marketing, SME lending, microfinance, cooperative lending or consumer banking.
    • Experience in IPPIS lending is required.
    • Experience in SME/FMCG lending is strongly preferred.
    • Proven ability to generate loan customers and manage customer relationships.
