We are looking for a highly driven and hands on Growth Marketing Manager to help grow awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive customer acquisition for our Insurance SaaS and HR SaaS products.
Job Summary
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving lead generation, brand visibility, customer acquisition, and digital engagement across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is creative, execution-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats including content creation, social media management, LinkedIn outreach, campaign execution, and partnership development.
This role requires someone who can think strategically while also executing daily marketing activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
- Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other digital channels
- Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns
- Schedule product demos and support the sales pipeline
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers
Content & Social Media Marketing
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other platforms
- Design and publish social media posts, carousels, short videos, and marketing campaigns
- Promote product features, customer success stories, and industry insights
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice
Brand Growth & Market Positioning
- Help position the company as a leading provider of Insurance and HR technology solutions
- Increase online visibility and audience engagement
- Support product launches, webinars, and promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Campaign Management & Analytics
- Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs
- Analyze lead generation performance and conversion metrics
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Manage CRM and lead tracking processes
- Prepare periodic growth and marketing reports
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 1 year experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing
- Experience generating leads through LinkedIn and outbound marketing
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience managing social media platforms professionally
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
