    Executive Assistant

    Job Profile

    The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Managing Director and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative and complex duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

    Assignment Category: Regular, Full-time                            

    As Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will be to:

    • Assist the Executive with the planning of daily schedule and duties, including managing personal account ting records, calendars, commitments, and travel arrangements (planning itineraries, developing agendas and meeting materials, reporting expenses, etc.)
    • Support the Executive by performing advanced-level administrative work including planning, coordinating, organizing and producing work that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality
    • Coordinate events that the Executive is required to attend including all necessary credentials and information
    • Assist the Executive by reading, researching, preparing PowerPoint presentations and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents
    • Manage day-to-day business and personal matters for the Executive both inside and outside the office
    • Address information requests, collaborate on projects, preparing various statistical and ad hoc reports, as well as other support functions
    • Meet clients and visitors enthusiastically and professionally, ascertain nature of business, assist when appropriate, or refer visitors appropriately
    • Manage the office reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image

    Project Manager

    Job Profile

    The Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of a project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the Organization. The Project Manager manages key client projects and will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs

    You’d be a good fit if you have:

    • A University Degree in a related field
    • Proven work experience (at least 3 years) in project management in the Tech Industry
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • A technical background, with experience working in the Technology space
    • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification

    The Head, Projects will lead the application of best practice in project management to the projects delivered across the business. This position will be responsible for defining the methods and practices to be used by the Project Management Team, improving the overall Project Portfolio Management (PPM) maturity and expanding its value and influence across the organization while also providing support for the delivery of projects.

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or other related fields. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
    • At least 5 years of experience on a similar role
    • Expert-level knowledge of project, change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches (e.g. Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM, PMO Management experience etc.)
    • Budget, cost and profitability management skills
    • Knowledge of resource management tools
    • Credibility as a senior-level project leader
    • Strategic thinking: ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines in the context of the big picture
    • Team leadership & development: ability to mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others
    • Proven success in providing on site leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhere to their responsibilities and project milestones
    • Facilitation, negotiation & problem resolution skills: ability to build a strong network and relationships at executive levels with technology and solutions, customers and vendor groups
