Content Creator & Social Media Manager at a Reputable Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• Develop and execute social media content calendars
• Design graphics, write captions, and produce short-form videos/reels
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence
• Respond to inquiries and engage with online audiences
• Cover property inspections, project updates, company activities, and events
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports
• Support digital marketing and brand awareness campaigns

Requirements:

• OND, HND, BSc, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in content creation and social media management
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create engaging real estate and corporate content
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and current social media trends
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
