    Business Development Executive

    Job Profile

    The Business Development Executive would identify and sell prospects; also maintaining relationship with clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
    • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
    • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
    • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
    • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Key Requirements

    • Atleast 2years working experience. 
    • Tertiary degree
    • ‌Good communication skills. 
    • ‌Target oriented. 
    • ‌Ability to work independently and in coordination with a team. 
    • ‌Identifying new sales leads. 
    • ‌Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. 
    • ‌Assisting the company acquire new customers. 
    • ‌Must be able to expand the business.

    Business/Operations Manager

    Job Profile

    The Business/Operations Manager will be expected to lead and oversee the work of employees in the company. He/She will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future. The ideal candidate will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • ‌Developing, coordinating and enforcing system policies, procedures and productivity standards.
    • ‌In charge of getting staff results by communicating job expectations. 
    • ‌Coaching, counselling and disciplining employees. 
    • ‌Planning, monitoring and appraising job results. 
    • Weighing company performance against company monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives
    • Coordinating with executives, department heads, etc. to align goals, make improvements, and strategize
    • Overseeing procedures and processes for efficiency
    • Implementing recommendations to improve processes and procedures
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies. 

    Key Requirements

    • At least 3 years proven experience as Business/Operations Manager or relevant role
    • Bachelors degree in any Management related field.
    • Goal-oriented and organized leadership
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated and self-directed
    • Good interpersonal skills with all levels of management
