Job Description

Metro Pro Movers is seeking a motivated and reliable Sales / Operations Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, supporting sales activities, and assisting with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally
• Support sales efforts and meet assigned sales targets
• Provide accurate information about company services
• Assist with basic operational and administrative tasks
• Maintain proper customer records and follow up as required

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Resident of Alimosho LGA (preferred)
• Must be computer literate
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently

Benefits & Compensation

• Training Period (First Month): NGN 100,000
• Probationary Salary (One-Month Probation): NGN 250,000
• Post-Probation Salary: NGN 300,000 Monthly upon successful completion of the one-month probation period and achievement of required sales targets
• Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses available based on sales performance and target achievement

Work Schedule:
12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (WAT)

Note:
Transition to the NGN 300,000 salary structure is subject to successful performance evaluation after the one-month probation period.
