    Head HR

    Details:

    • Review and maintain IL Bagno HR policies, processes and procedures, enforcing compliance with policy and ensuring the update and initiation of new policies, processes and procedures in line with best practices and in support of the organisational strategy and direction.
    • Oversee and coordinate effective new hire induction programmes as part of the overall indoctrination process
    • Drive and facilitate the annual performance management system, from goal setting (Scorecard development) through to half year/year end appraisals to the preparation of annual Employee Development Plan
    • Responsible for the monthly payroll administration, working in conjunction with Internal Control & Reconciliation
    • Direct and manage the staff Welfare and Benefits Scheme in line with company policies and procedures.
    •   Manage staff disciplinary and grievance issues in line with policy and advise management accordingly
    • Participate in leading and managing organisational change initiatives, with a focus on the people side of change management.

    Sales Executive

    Details:

    • Negotiate and win sales for the organisation thereby contributing towards the achievement of team and departmental targets.
    • Identify and penetrate new profitable markets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with specifiers, plumbers, installers and suppliers, for the purpose of creating and strengthening business alliances that complement IL Bagno’s core competencies
    • Participate in sales presentations aimed at pitching for business across pre-determined locations as required in the sales/marketing scorecard
    • Prepare proposals and quotations for the provision of total bathroom solutions, working with the Bagno Technik team in preparing installation proposals.
    • Manage customer/client accounts, maintaining knowledge of key account status and following up on outstanding invoices and receivables that are due
    • Ensure clients are offered professional and quality service to increase sales
    • Manage or escalate as appropriate customer complaints
    • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
    • Assist the Team Lead in conducting after-sales and/or post-project assessments aimed at ascertaining accuracy, promptness of delivery and overall customer satisfaction; as well as ensuring compliance with existing SLAs with specifiers.
    • Proactively liaise with the Inventory Team in obtaining the real-time inventory position.

    Sales Manager

    Details:

    • Manages and oversee the Sales target of Sales team in line with the organisation’s annual budget figure.
    • Plan and direct the day-to-day activities of the Sales Team working towards the achievement of targets as well as ensuring the efficient utilisation of resources.
    • Pitching for businesses, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts
    • Build and maintain relationships with specifiers, plumbers, installers and suppliers, for the purpose of creating business alliances that complement IL Bagno’s core competencies and business objectives

    • Minimum of 10 years prime managerial experience in the Banking, Telecommunication or Manufacturing industry
    • M.Sc from a reputable University with a minimum of 2.2

    Customer Service Executive

    Details:

      • Prepare & maintain customer service summary reports

    • Preparation of installation quotation
    • Attend to all products and services inquiries by both potential and existing clients
    • Document and maintain up-to-date records such as customer account information, customers feedback, maintenance feedback, sub-contractor records,  project files, maintenance records etc
    • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
    • Analyze customers’ needs and collect customers’ information in order to recommend products & services to improve sales

      • Initiate required action for response to customer service requests for maintenance/installation and other services, communicate same to the appropriate personnel/departments and ensure prompt feedback

    • Manages Bagno Technik activities by planning/scheduling their daily maintenance/installation activities.

    • Conduct survey and analyze data obtained to determine the level of customer service that the company’s providing.

    First degree B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related discipline

    Project Monitoring Officer

    Details:

    • Assist in drafting installation project plans, including a work plan as well as a scope and approach document
    • Monitor Project scope, time, quality and budget as part of the end-to-end project management process
    • Manage and co-coordinate sub-contractors and artisans to ensure proper product installation, prevent product damage and assure the 100% working conditions of installed bathroom, kitchen and light products prior to project hand-over
    • Manage installation project as assigned from start to finish and responsible for any deviation of sub-contractors installation from drawings.
    • Liaise  with in-house and clients’ architects to ensure products are properly installed according to drawing specification
    • Handle the procurement of project installation materials where applicable
    • Ensure necessary policy and procedures are followed before mobilizing subcontractors to site
    • Ensure adherence to standard Project Close out procedures including administering Client Satisfaction surveys for each installation project
    • BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline. Professional Project Management Certification is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 2-4 years Bathroom Design & Installation experience

    Supply Chain Manager

    Details:

    • Develop a strategy that ensures excellence in all areas of inventory to support the company’s mission and core objectives.
    • Develop an annual business plan and operating budget for the inventory department and monitor the implementation of these to ensure that the financial targets are met
    • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
    • Ensure Just-In-Time Delivery & Accuracy in Delivery.
    • Oversee Accurate Stocking; Ease in Assessing Goods in Stock; Speed of Delivery.
    • Assist in the development of a companywide Category Purchase Strategy for commodities.
    • Determine and circulate current price list
    • Responsible for the review, reconciliation and daily reporting of the account/financial position with each IL Bagno offshore Supplier
    • Provide timely stock position
    • Management of key project governance documentation for key Supplier and Development initiatives.
    • Management of key risks on behalf of the Procurement Division.
    • Developing and maintaining documentation in support of key Supplier and Development initiatives.

    BSc. in Related Discipline. Certificate of Competence in Purchasing and Supply is essential. Computer literacy using Microsoft Office Product is mandatory
