Purchase Officer at Hebron Foods Global Nigeria Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate contracts
• Purchase goods, materials, and services required by the organization
• Ensure timely delivery and track orders
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
• Coordinate with departments to understand procurement needs
• Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, or pricing
