    Supply Chain Manager

    Job Purpose

    • The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, and material planning to ensure uninterrupted production while optimizing inventory levels, supply chain efficiency, and operational costs.
    • The role is critical to ensuring the timely availability of raw materials and production inputs required to support the factory's manufacturing and export operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies that ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of raw materials and production supplies.
    • Manage the procurement of Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN) and other production materials to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
    • Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling to ensure efficient storage and stock management.
    • Ensure the timely availability of production materials and consumables while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
    • Evaluate, monitor, and develop supplier performance to ensure quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
    • Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve procurement savings.
    • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, distribution, and delivery schedules.
    • Coordinate export logistics to ensure timely shipment of finished products in compliance with export requirements.
    • Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, and inventory turnover to minimize excess stock and stock-outs.
    • Develop and monitor Supply Chain KPIs and prepare periodic management reports.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and supply chain efficiency.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and statutory regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Mandatory: Candidates must have worked in a cashew processing factory or a similar agro-processing manufacturing environment.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5–8 years' experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
    • At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or agro-processing environment.
    • Experience managing procurement, warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations within a cashew processing factory will be a strong advantage.

    Production Manager

    Job Purpose

    • To manage all production activities from raw cashew nut intake through kernel packaging, ensuring production targets, quality standards, operational efficiency, and cost objectives are consistently achieved.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and execute monthly and daily production plans.
    • Supervise all production sections, including steaming, shelling, drying, peeling, grading, and packaging.
    • Monitor production output and factory efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality requirements.
    • Optimise kernel recovery and whole kernel percentage.

    Quality Assurance Manager

    Job Purpose

    • To lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the factory's Quality Management and Food Safety Management Systems, ensuring the production of safe, high-quality cashew kernels that consistently meet international export standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
    • The role provides technical leadership in quality assurance, food safety certification, in-line process control, and continuous quality improvement across the entire production process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and maintain the factory's Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
    • Lead the implementation, certification, and maintenance of HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Organic Certification, BRCGS, and other customer or regulatory requirements.
    • Establish effective in-line quality control systems across all processing stages, including RCN receiving, steaming, shelling, drying, peeling, grading, packing, and storage.
    • Ensure compliance with kernel grading standards, export specifications, GMP, GHP, sanitation, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
    • Monitor raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, laboratory testing, moisture control, grade conformity, and packaging quality.
    • Lead internal audits, certification audits, customer audits, supplier quality assessments, and regulatory inspections.
    • Manage product traceability, recall readiness, non-conformance investigations, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
    • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects, customer complaints, export rejections, and process variability.
    • Develop SOPs, quality documentation, and food safety procedures while training employees on quality and food safety systems.
    • Lead and develop the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Laboratory, Hygiene, and Food Safety teams.

    Farm Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Farm Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the farm and ensuring that all farming activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established standards.
    • The role involves supervising farm workers, coordinating crop, poultry, fishery, and livestock operations, maintaining farm records, and ensuring optimal productivity while complying with health, safety, and environmental standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Qualifications

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years' practical experience in farm operations.

    • Willingness to travel within the south westh region.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years' practical experience managing a commercial farm.
    • Demonstrated experience in crop production, poultry farming, fish farming, and/or livestock management.
    • Experience managing large farm teams and coordinating multiple farming activities simultaneously.

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of modern agricultural practices and farm management techniques.
    • Good understanding of poultry production systems, fish farming, crop cultivation, and livestock management.
