Business Development Manager at ZoraBridge Consulting Limited

Our client, a leading player in the cleaning chemical industry, is looking for a results-driven Business Development & Technical Executive to drive growth across the institutional and facility management sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching value-driven solutions to facility managers, hospitality directors, and procurement heads who prioritize sanitation, operational efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and win high-value institutional accounts.
• Build strong relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
• Present and recommend commercial hygiene, water treatment, and specialized cleaning solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical assessments.
• Support clients with product application, chemical dosing, hygiene protocols, and operational best practices.
• Deliver technical training on chemical handling, safety procedures, and product usage.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business, customer satisfaction, and timely collections.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality, facility management, industrial, cleaning chemicals, water treatment, or commercial real estate sectors.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning systems, water treatment, dosing equipment, or related technical applications is an added advantage.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and achieve sales targets.
