Hospitality Supervisor at A&R Group Ltd

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hospitality Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality facility and ensure a consistently high standard of service and guest experience.

The successful candidate will supervise hospitality staff, coordinate daily operations, address guest concerns, and ensure that company standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of hospitality staff across relevant operational areas.
• Ensure guests receive excellent, professional, and timely service throughout their stay or visit.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and adherence to company policies and service standards.
• Handle guest complaints, requests, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest areas and operational facilities to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards are maintained.
• Support staff scheduling, task allocation, and shift coordination.
• Train, guide, and mentor team members to improve service quality and productivity.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate availability of operational supplies.
• Liaise with management and other departments to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and provide management with updates on relevant issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, restaurant, or related service operations, with proven supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service practices.
• Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team effectively.
• Excellent guest relations and complaint-resolution skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer orientation.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and hospitality service standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative/reporting tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
