Business Development Manager at Oxygen

Job Summary

Business Development Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Viscount Microfinance Bank  and institutions responsible for salary deductions at source in Ekiti , Kwara, Enugu , Akwa Ibom , Anambra , Ogun , Delta ,Edo State. The Individual is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions, ensuring seamless salary deduction processes for loan repayments, resolving operational issues, and supporting the growth of the company's institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with salary deduction institutions.
• Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of salary deductions for loan repayments.
• Conduct regular visits and meetings with partner institutions.
• Prepare periodic reports on deduction performance and institutional engagements.
• Build the Branch by recruiting, leading, and managing a high-performing sales team to drive customer acquisition, loan disbursement, and business growth within the state
• Ensure compliance with company policies and agreed operational processes.
