Operations Coordinator at a Reputable Company

Location: Akure, Ondo State

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Coordinator to support in the running the daily operations of a food processing and packaging company. The successful candidate will oversee production, inventory, compliance, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily food processing and packaging operations.
• Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, raw material procurement, and product distribution.
• Support sales and marketing efforts by building relationships with retailers and distributors and monitoring market trends.
• Liaise with NAFDAC, SON, and other regulatory authorities to maintain required approvals and certifications.
• Prepare production, sales, and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
• Lead staff effectively and promote a culture of integrity, teamwork, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum OND in Business Administration, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in food processing, agribusiness, or operations management.
• Knowledge of NAFDAC, SON, and food industry regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
