Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in direct sales, specifically within the FMCG sector (Experience with oil, seasoning, or cube products is a major advantage).
Skills: Basic numeracy and literacy, strong communication skills, and basic inventory management.
Physicality: Ability to handle the physical demands of field sales and open-market navigation.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum of SSCE or National Diploma.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales: Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets by selling products directly to retailers and market traders.
Territory Management: Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure 100% coverage of assigned areas.
Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport with retailers and ensure our products are prominently displayed.
Reporting & Inventory: Maintain accurate daily records of sales and customer visits; monitor stock levels and provide feedback on competitor activity.
Accountability: Ensure high levels of integrity in handling cash collections and stock management.
