    Maintenance Officer

    Job Summary

    • Perform regular maintenance practices on property and equipment to reduce the occurrence of workplace accidents and lengthenthe lifespan of the property and equipment.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Maintenance operations on the depot, manufacturing, and any other core business division’s equipment and facilities.
    • Inspects work for completeness and alignment with service level agreements
    • Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
    • Determines material, equipment, and supplies be used. Transfers equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary.
    • Keeps time cards and other routine records of the maintenance activities
    • Maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other related systems in all core business locations.
    • Coordinates or inspects, operates and maintains the heating, cooling, and ventilation
    • Confers with workers to resolve grievances concerning equipment
    • Stocks and organizes maintenance shop with tools, parts, and machinery needed for repair and maintenance as well as anticipating future needs.
    • Assists Department Managers in locating and directing subcontractors needed for building maintenance and improvements deemed necessary.
    • Manages the shift and overtime of technicians where necessary
    • Implements HSE standards in the maintenance activities

    Qualifications Required

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./HND) in Engineering (Minimum 2:1).
    • Minimum of five (3) years of work experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in the operations / Maintenance Department.

    Desirable:

    • HSE Certification

    Digital Media Executive

    Job Summary

    • To position the brand to attract and engage the intended audience using digital media.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Designs text, key messages, graphics, and other branding material that can be used consistently across platforms to promote Rainoil’s brand
    • Create Brand elements, and brand identity design across all social media and traditional platforms
    • Develop content for all Rainoil social media platforms
    • Plans, write and produces corporate publications in support of a range of initiatives
    • Works with colleagues in Human Capital to ensure that the Rainoil “employer brand” is represented within all internal staff and recruitment material
    • Supports and engages with all relevant forums or groups within Rainoil
    • Develops and disseminates the periodic staff newsletter and ensures alignment with all other communication channels
    • Prepares and presents materials including intranet and web site content and conference speeches for senior management, in order to convey key messages and new developments.

    Qualifications Required

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, and Computer Science (Minimum of 2:1)
    • Professional certification will be an added advantage.
    • 2 -3 years experience in a related role
    • Strong, Digital Skills, writing skills, Customer Relationship Management Skills.

    HR / Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • To provide support and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the SBU.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Oversee recruitment, selection, and the onboarding process
    • Nurture a positive working environment
    • Organizing and implementing training programs accordingly
    • Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
    • Iimplementing and ensuring adherence to the company’s policies and programs
    • Execute engagement programs to improve
    • Manage employee work schedules, overtime, and absence within the SBU
    • Support the HQ with all post boarding request
    • Support in employee exit management process
    • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
    • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
    • Answer queries by employees and clients
    • Book meeting rooms as required
    • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
    • Prepare weekly reports and presentations
    • Arrange travel and accommodations
    • Schedule in-house events

    Qualifications Required

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Humanities, or other related fields of study(minimum of 2:2)
    • 1 - 3 years work experience.
    • Professional Certification is an added advantage.
