    Receptionist / Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.
    • Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth running of the office by providing essential administrative support across the organization.
    • You will handle a variety of tasks, ranging from greeting and welcoming guests to managing phone calls, correspondence, and administrative data analysis.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

    Collaboration Presales Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The Collaboration Presales Engineer shall be responsible for all Presales activities involving solutions around Collaboration (Solution Architecting and Technology Sales) deliverables in the company.
    • He is to coordinate his activities and ensure bids and solutions inquiries are attended to within the time committed to meet customer business outcomes at the best possible price.
    • He ensures the submission to bid desk/Sales account managers/executives is of high quality and positions ITH for a win against her competition.
    • The technology focus is Collaboration and any technology solutions the company takes up at any time.
    • He constantly advises the business on evolving technologies based on market trends and customer requests. He is responsible for driving OEM/vendor/Distributor engagement to ensure ITH is at the appropriate partnership level supporting her Business with customers.

    Requirements

    • A master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or related fields from a recognized University will be an advantage. CCNP - Collaboration, CCNA.
    • Minimum two years in an ICT Operating environment with hands- on experience in Network Administration, Network Collaboration, LAN/WAN optimisation, Project delivery, Technical solutions designing, and executive management

    Summary

    • You will be responsible for scoping, designing, and developing the Bill of Materials with pricing for solutions relating to Networks & Collaboration Solution and Intelligent Building Management System.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Speaking with customers via email, phone, physical meetings for initial requirement capture

    • Good at organizing and multitasking and prioritize under pressure
    • Able to explain technical problems in a simple term
    • Work well with people and Willingness to travel
    • In depth knowledge of the compute solution (server, storage, virtualization, cloud, backup, disaster recovery,converge/hyperconverge system,Microsoft solutions)
    • Analytical and problemsolving ability.
