    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales Security Consultant to support our sales team in designing, presenting, and positioning cybersecurity solutions to customers. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements, helping clients understand how our security solutions address their security, compliance, and operational challenges.

    • Proposal Development
    • Market Intelligence

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    •  Revenue contribution from supported opportunities.
    •  Proposal win rate.
    •  Number of successful Proof-of-Concept deployments.
    •  Customer satisfaction scores.
    •  Vendor certification achievements.
    •  Sales pipeline support effectiveness.
    •  Technical proposal turnaround time.

    Required Qualifications

    Education

    •  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    •  Professional certifications in cybersecurity or related fields will be an added advantage.

    Experience

    •  2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or technical pre-sales.
    •  Experience supporting enterprise customers.
    •  Proven experience in cybersecurity solution design and implementation.

    Technical Skills

    Strong understanding of:

    •  Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR)
    •  SIEM and SOC Operations
    •  Network Security
    •  Firewalls and Secure Web Gateways
    •  Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    •  Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    •  Vulnerability Assessment and Management
    •  Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
    •  Zero Trust Architecture
    •  Mobile Device Management (MDM/UEM)
    •  Security Compliance Frameworks
