DevOps Support Officer at a Reputable Company

We are seeking a DevOps Support Officer to support the monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment, and reliability of our applications and technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor applications, infrastructure, and transactional platforms. 
• Investigate and resolve application, database, API, and system issues. 
• Perform log analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. 
• Support application deployments, configuration changes, and UAT. 
• Work closely with Developers, DevOps, Infrastructure, and external vendors. 
• Maintain operational dashboards, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides. 
• Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs. 

Requirements

• Experience with Linux/Unix, SQL/MySQL, Apache/Nginx, Git, Bash, REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON/XML. 
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, application monitoring, and deployment processes. 
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication and ability to work effectively under pressure. 

Added advantage: Experience in Fintech, VAS, Payments, or Telecommunications, plus exposure to Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, or ITIL.
