    Customer Service & Social Media Assistant

    Working Days: Monday – Saturday

    Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a smart, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service & Social Media Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, processing orders, conducting product quality checks, managing inventory records, and creating engaging content for our social media platforms.

    The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
    • Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery.
    • Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
    • Capture photos and videos for social media content.
    • Assist in creating and posting engaging content across social media platforms.
    • Support marketing and promotional activities where necessary.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order activities.
    • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience at all times.

    Requirements

    • Female candidates only.
    • Age: 21 – 28 years.
    • Minimum of HND/BSc in any discipline.
    • Previous experience in customer service, social media management, retail operations, or a related role is an added advantage.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
