Creator Partnerships & Incubation Manager (Lagos) at VMAX Tea & Coffee Ltd

Job Overview:

We are seeking an expert in West African digital content to build our Creator Matrix​ in Nigeria. Unlike traditional talent booking, your focus is on "End-to-End Incubation"—transforming local Lagos creators into high-performing Live Commerce Hosts. You will bridge the gap between entertainment and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Skills:​ Strong Business Development (BD)​ and Negotiation​ skills. Must be a "Lagos Hustler" capable of delivering results despite infrastructure challenges (traffic, power, network).
• Background:​ Experience in Nollywood, TV shopping, or Digital Performance Marketing. Prior experience with TikTok Shop​ or TikTok for Business​ is a huge plus.
• Language & Culture:​ Native fluency in Yoruba​ or Igbo​ is MANDATORY. Your Pidgin​ must be authentic. Deep understanding of Lagos pop culture.
• Ecosystem Management:​ Manage the creator pipeline, handle contract negotiations, Affiliate Commission​ structures, and retention strategies.
• Livestream Operations:​ Act as the Talent Agent, providing hands-on coaching for debut streams. Analyze core metrics (GMV, CVR, ROI) to optimize performance.
• Commercial Incubation:​ Develop localized training SOPs focusing on product selection, livestream scripting, fan operations, and Nigerian Pidgin​ sales techniques.
• Creator Scouting:​ Identify and recruit high-potential Micro-influencers​ and Content Creators​ from both digital platforms (TikTok/Instagram) and offline hubs (Yaba, Victoria Island).
