    Social Media Manager

    Job Summary: 

    • We’re looking for a culturally tuned-in Social Media Manager to lead the digital voice and presence of our artistes and label. This person will be responsible for shaping narratives, building community, and executing creative strategies across social platforms to grow engagement, reach, and fan loyalty.
    • This role requires someone who lives and breathes music and understands how to turn moments into movements online.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Develop and manage content calendars for both the label and artiste accounts across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, and Threads.
    • Craft engaging captions, reels, tweets, and copy that align with each artiste’s tone and current project cycle.
    • Monitor online trends, viral moments, fan behavior, and digital conversations to insert the brand or artiste contextually.
    • Lead community management: respond to fans, monitor sentiment, and build relationships across platforms.
    • Collaborate with content teams to plan, produce, and post high-performing visuals (short-form clips, behind-the-scenes, lyric cards, trailers).

    • Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute culturally relevant content.
    • Basic design/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot) are a plus.

    Supply and Trading Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute trading strategies for crude oil and refined products (e.g., PMS, AGO, DPK, LPG).
    • Identify and negotiate purchase and sales contracts with local and international suppliers, traders, and counterparties.
    • Monitor market trends, pricing, and geopolitical developments to optimize trading opportunities.
