Oversee the operations of existing retail stations, ensuring adherence to company standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to drive fuel and non-fuel sales, improving profitability at each station.
Ensure all retail stations comply with regulatory requirements, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
Establish high customer service standards and implement feedback mechanisms to enhance the consumer experience.
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing retail operations team, setting performance targets and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the company's retail network across Nigeria.
Develop and oversee budgets and financial forecasts for retail operations, ensuring cost control and profitability.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification is advantageous.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the oil and gas downstream sector, with at least 3 years in a senior retail management role.
Strong business development and negotiation skills, expertise in fuel retail operations, solid knowledge of Nigerian petroleum regulations, and excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze market trends.
