Retail Operations Manager at Fadac Resources

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of existing retail stations, ensuring adherence to company standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive fuel and non-fuel sales, improving profitability at each station.
• Ensure all retail stations comply with regulatory requirements, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Establish high customer service standards and implement feedback mechanisms to enhance the consumer experience.
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing retail operations team, setting performance targets and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the company's retail network across Nigeria.
• Develop and oversee budgets and financial forecasts for retail operations, ensuring cost control and profitability.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the oil and gas downstream sector, with at least 3 years in a senior retail management role.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills, expertise in fuel retail operations, solid knowledge of Nigerian petroleum regulations, and excellent leadership and communication abilities.
•  Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze market trends.
