    Receptionist

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
    • Bachelor’s Degree / National Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Strong knowledge of front office operations and hotel reservation systems.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills.
    • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is an advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
    • Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and complaints professionally.
    • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Manage cash transactions and prepare daily reports.

    Concierge

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in concierge services or guest relations in a reputable hotel.
    • Good knowledge of local attractions and hospitality services.

    Requirements:

    • Valid Life Guard certification and First Aid / CPR qualification.

    • Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety at all times.
    • Enforce pool rules and safety regulations.

    Tennis Coach

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in professional tennis coaching.
    • Recognized certification in Tennis Coaching.
    • Strong knowledge of tennis techniques and training methods.
