Concierge at EKO Hotels & Suites

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in concierge services or guest relations in a reputable hotel.
• Good knowledge of local attractions and hospitality services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with bookings, reservations, and special requests.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Arrange transportation and other guest services.
• Ensure personalized guest experiences and handle VIP requests efficiently.
