Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests into the the service arena.
• Serve food and/or beverages to guests
• Remove dishes and glasses from tables and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Inform customers of daily specials
• Clean tables after guests have finished eating

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Possess good communication skills
• Ability to work different schedules, like weekends, nights and holidays
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Develop vendor agreements and establish relationships
• Maintain a database of vendors and suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and negotite supplier contrcts
• Assess vendors through in person visits and interview
• Monitor and report inventory levels.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a purchaser preferably in the hospitality industry
• Ability to negotiatr pricing and terms
• Strong use of Microsoft package
• Excellent verbal and writtten communication skills
• Familarity with Lagos markets and road networks
• Knowledge of procument and inventory terminologies.
