RFQ: Purchase of 36 Sets of WASH NFI Kits Items to be Packaged and Prepositioned for Distribution in Dikwa Across Two Locations at New Foundation for Displaced Persons (NFDP)

The New foundation for Displaced Persons (NFDP) is committed to enhancing the living conditions of the internally displaced persons 

In the framework of Emergency response Programs in Maiduguri, NFDP invites interested eligible suppliers to submit Quotations for the “Purchase of 36 sets of WASH NFI items to be packaged & prepositioned for distribution in dikwa across two locations”

Interested and eligible suppliers are to also fill in the unit prices in attached excel BOQ sheet in the email. Signed and stamped

The quotes listed above must be delivered to the NFDP Office Maiduguri no later than 25th February 2026, Quote must be valid at least within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation. Delivery timeline and payment terms should be clearly stated in the quotation.

NFDP reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Contractor/s or any obligation to inform the affected Contractor/s of the ground for the NFDP action
