Civil Engineer at Eko Maintenance Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project. eg. Plumbing, Ventilating System, Electrical System, etc.
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Lead, supervise, and effectively coordinate a technical team specializing in construction and finishing works.
• Ensure that the structure is safe, stable and meet engineering standards.
• Supervise installation of aluminum Façade,Alucobond and glass work, finishing of doors and windows partition
• Develop initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirements.

Relevant work experience/Qualification

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an associated field is an additional advantage).
• 3 – 6 years relevant work experienceon finishing buildings and construction.
• Knowledge and proficiency in industry-specific software, like AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other computer-aided design software
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
