    Senior Client Advisor / Relationship Manager, Wealth Management

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly driven, commercially astute and entrepreneurial senior
    • Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management division. This role is central to the growth strategy of the firm.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for. originating new ultra high net-worth (UHNW) client relationships, growing Assets Under
    • Management (AUM), deepening existing client engagements, and contributing directly to the firm’s financial performance targets.
    • This is a senior, revenue-generating role suited to a relationship-driven professional who combines strong investment knowledge with proven business developmentcapability.
    • The position is fast-paced, performance-oriented, and highly visible within the organisation.
    • Cultural alignment, discretion, and professionalism are essential.

    Key Responsibilities
    Business Development & Client Acquisition:

    • Originate and onboard new UHNW client relationships through personal networks, referrals, and strategic outreach
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities across Abuja, Lagos, London, Chicago, and Dubai
    • Develop and execute a structured business development plan aligned with firm growth objectives
    • Present the Firm’s value proposition to prospects and intermediaries
    • Convert prospects into long-term advisory relationships
    • Retain client Assets Under Management (AUM)
    • Drive measurable growth in AUM by achieving defined revenue and AUM growth targets

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned clients
    • Develop deep understanding of client financial objectives, risk appetite, and long-term goals
    • Coordinate with the Investment Advisory team to deliver tailored portfolio solutions
    • Ensure exceptional client experience through proactive communication and responsiveness
    • Manage onboarding processes, documentation, and ongoing service requirements
    • Retain and grow existing client relationships through cross-selling and strategic engagement

    Revenue & Performance Management:

    • Achieve agreed AUM growth and revenue targets
    • Monitor profitability of client relationships
    • Identify opportunities to increase wallet share within existing relationships
    • Support pricing discussions and fee negotiations in alignment with firm policy
    • Contribute to the firm’s overall financial performance objectives.

    Brand Representation & Market Positioning:

    • Represent the Firm at industry events, networking functions, and private forums
    • Build relationships with professional intermediaries (lawyers, accountants, trustees, corporate advisors)
    • Strengthen the firm’s market visibility within UHNW and family office circles
    • Contribute to thought leadership and strategic positioning initiatives
    • Mentor and develop junior talent as the firm grows.

    Required Qualifications and Skills

    • BSc Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
    • MBA, CFA, CISI, or CFP® designation or equivalent qualification strongly preferred
    • Excellent ability to speak and write English language
    • Proficient in MacOS Keynote, Numbers and Pages
    • Proficient in MS Powerpoint, Excel & Word
    • Demonstrated track record of bringing in new client assets
    • Diligent, with excellent attention to detail
    • Solid numeric ability
    • Strong presentation and proposal development skills
    • Portable book of UHNW/HNW client relationships preferred
    • Strong understanding of multi-asset investment solutions and financial products
    • Proven ability to grow revenue and meet performance targets
    • Experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional client relationships
    • Strong network of UHNW clients and prospects
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
    • Skilled in identifying client needs and structuring tailored investment solutions
    • Highly trusted advisor with strong emotional intelligence
    • Ability to manage complex client situations with discretion and maturity
    • Solid understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, and financial products
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with investment teams and product specialists
    • Highly entrepreneurial and commercially motivated

    • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in private banking, wealth management

    Human Resource Associate

    Role Description

    • As a Human Resource Associate, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions with a focus on recruiting top talent, managing employee engagement, overseeing payroll, and supporting general HR operations.
    • You will be a key partner in ensuring our workforce remains motivated, productive, and aligned with organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, identifying top talent across multiple channels.
    • Manage talent management processes, including performance management, promotions, and succession planning.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive organizational culture.
    • Oversee payroll processes, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
    • Partner with management to support workforce planning and HR strategy.
    • Utilize HR analytics to provide insights for improving HR processes and employee experience.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
    • CIPM certification is mandatory.
    • 5 – 10 years of proven experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent management.
    • Proficiency in Mac OS and Apple productivity tools (Pages, Numbers, Keynote).
    • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll management, and employee engagement strategies.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
