    Team Lead, Industrial Lube Sales

    Objective

    • We seek hire an experienced, competent and collaborative individual to join our Lubricant Tean to drive Industrial & Institutional Lubricants business for the company.

    Main Key Responsibilities

    • Management of Industrial & Institutional business for Northwest
    • Give Directions and drive Industrial Lubricants sales team for budget achievement
    • Responsible for sending all necessary reports as required by the Management team in time.
    • Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Finance, audit, Legal & other concerned departments
    • Technical training of sales team
    • Manages a territory along with other roles as assigned by the LSM
    • Appointment of industrial distributors where applicable
    • Maintain highest level contacts with industry personnel.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Achievement of laid down topline & bottom-line Budgets
    • Timely management of MIS
    • Control on fiscal exposure / Credit Control within approved limits
    • Completion of budgeted marketing activities & utilization of the budgets.

    Qualification / Experience / Key Competencies

    • Minimum of second-class upper Degree in Social Science with over 10 years experience in Lubricant sales
    • Master’s degree as well as experience across the country will be an added advantage
    • Good technical knowhow on lubricants and other petroleum products
    • Industry Knowledge
    • Conceptually strong frame work of mind
    • Communication
    • Good Leadership Ability

    Head, Lubricant Sales Business

    Objective

    • We seek hire an experienced, competent and collaborative individual to join our Lubricant Team to drive Lubricants business for the company.

    Main Key Responsibilities

    • Establishing strategic plans and sales objectives in line with company’s targets
    • Developing and implementing sales action-plans within different channels: key accounts, distributors, resellers, export & retail network
    • Surveying consumer needs & trends, as well as, tracking our competitors
    • Analyzing country market trends and discovering innovative opportunities for growth
    • Identifying new product prospects, and/or product, packaging, and service improvements
    • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
    • Interacting with the LOB team to grow/maintain big accounts (mines, power-plants, etc.)
    • Managing prospective clients and determining the frequency to solicit them to build a sustainable base for regional growth
    • Achieve all budget targets
    • Overall commercial responsibility of the lubricant business in the country
    • Managing, training, coaching, setting goals and monitoring performance of sales team
    • Preparing and reviewing annual budgets
    • Interacting with colleagues from the LOB to discuss products strategy, technical support, value-added solutions as well as Sales & Operations processes
    • Interact with CSL (customer service & logistic) department to guarantee maximum service level to customers
    • Liaise closely with the Lubricant Blending Plant on production schedules and stock required to meet customer demand
    • Responsible for all HSEQ issues related to the function and the assets of the company at Lubricant Customer and Dealership Sites
    • Work with sales team to prepare marketing budgets in line with business objectives
    • Monitor customer satisfaction regarding quality of products and services and solve/report immediately any issues that may compromise quality of products and services.

    Industrial Lube Sales Executive

    Objective

    • We seek hire an experienced, competent and collaborative individual to join our Lubricant Tean to drive Industrial & Institutional Lubricants business for the company.

    Main Key Responsibilities

    • Manage Industrial Business within the assigned territory to ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.
    • Monitor market dynamics by staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, relevant regulations, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of specialized industrial products.
    • Conduct training sessions for industrial clients to enhance product understanding, application, and customer satisfaction.
    • Identify, appoint, and manage industrial lubricant distributors within the assigned territory in line with company policy.
    • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote products and strengthen brand presence.
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, serving as a key contact and ensuring superior service delivery to all industrial accounts.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Appointment of industrial distributors to sell to companies that are not credit worthy.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, present solutions, negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
    • Timely submission of – Sales Plans, Indents, Daily & Weekly Sales Reports, Sales Call Reports, Call Plans
    • Manage client feedback and resolve issues.
    • Identify new opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

    Qualification / Experience / Key Competencies

    • Master’s degree as well as experience across the country will be an added advantage
