We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Poultry Operator to join our team. A Feed-Mill Operator, is a technical role responsible for producing consistent, high-quality poultry feed by operating, monitoring, and maintaining mill machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent production of high-quality poultry feed.
• Set up and run crushers, grinders, mixers to process grains and ingredients according to precise formulas.
• Regularly test feed consistency, nutrient content, and hygiene to meet strict farm standards.
• Receive and store bagged materials (like corn and soy), manage micro-ingredient hoppers, and ensure proper storage to prevent contamination.
• Conduct routine machinery upkeep, such as greasing bearings, checking gearboxes, and inspecting belts to minimize
•  Adhere to bio-security, health, and safety guidelines, while maintaining a clean mill environment.
•  Maintain accurate daily logs of production quantities, ingredient usage, and machine performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND, or relevant vocational training in feed production, mechanics or related field.
• All employees will be trained upon resumption.
