    Hotel Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or complaints promptly.
    • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance their experience.
    • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
    • Supervise hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
    • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

    Lifeguard

    Key Responsibilities
    Monitoring Swimmers:

    • Constantly observe guests in and around the pool to prevent accidents or unsafe behavior.
