Key Responsibilities
Monitoring Swimmers:

• Constantly observe guests in and around the pool to prevent accidents or unsafe behavior.
• Maintain a vigilant watch to identify signs of distress or drowning.

Rescue and Emergency Response:

• Perform water rescues in the event of an emergency.
• Administer first aid, CPR, or other lifesaving techniques when necessary.

Safety Enforcement:

• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Educate guests about safe swimming practices.

Facility Inspection & Maintenance:

• Inspect pool area, safety equipment, and water quality regularly.
• Report any hazards, damages, or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.

Guest Assistance:

• Assist guests with questions or concerns regarding the pool or safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety remains the priority.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain logs of water tests, incidents, and maintenance checks.
• Document any accidents or first aid treatments administered.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 4 years work experience.
