Chief Security Officer (CSO) at M-P Infrastructure Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and manage the organization’s overall security architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting company personnel, assets, infrastructure, and information through effective security planning, risk management, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide security strategies and policies
• Lead physical security operations across all operational locations
• Conduct security risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability reviews
• Oversee incident response, investigations, and reporting processes
• Manage and supervise security supervisors, guards, and third-party vendors
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and external security partners
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry security standards
• Drive security awareness and training programs across the organization
• Prepare security reports and provide advisory support to executive management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law, or related field
• Professional security certifications are an advantage (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 8–12 years progressive security experience
• Proven experience in corporate or infrastructure security management and BTS
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Experience working with multi-location or field operations is an advantage
