The Acting Branch Manager will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the Adamawa State branch.
You will be responsible for business development, client relations, and ensuring the branch meets the strategic goals of Cyforce Holdings.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth and manage client portfolios within Adamawa State.
Ensure strict adherence to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate with the Head Office in Abuja.
Manage branch logistics, including personnel deployment and equipment maintenance.
Prepare and submit weekly operational and financial reports to the G-CEO.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the security industry.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse workforce.
Strong communication and networking abilities within the Adamawa region.
