    Chief Security Officer (CSO)

    Role Summary

    • The CSO will be the lead tactical and operational officer for the branch. You will be responsible for the physical security of all beats, the discipline of the guard force, and the implementation of high-stakes special operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Command and control the Cyforce Elite Squad (CES) and K-9 patrol units in the state.
    • Enforce strict uniform standards and professional discipline among all security personnel.
    • Conduct threat analysis and risk assessments for new and existing clients.
    • Oversee digital attendance rosters and biometric management protocols.
    • Liaise with state law enforcement agencies (NSCDC, Police) for effective synergy.

    Requirements

    • Retired Commissioned Officer from the Military/Police or a seasoned security professional with at least 8 years of field experience.
    • Expertise in physical security, VIP protection, and digital forensics.
    • Exceptional physical fitness and tactical knowledge.
    • Deep understanding of the security landscape in North-Eastern Nigeria.
    • Age: 30-50

    HR, Admin & Accounts Officer

    Core Responsibilities

    • HR & Guard Welfare: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and staff leave schedules. You are responsible for monitoring digital attendance and ensuring the overall wellbeing and morale of our security personnel.
    • Discipline & SOPs: Act as the primary enforcer of office discipline and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain our elite service standards.
    • Accounts & Money Management: Manage the branch Imprest Account for daily operational expenses. You are responsible for accurate bookkeeping, expense tracking, and transparent fund management.
    • Payroll & Salary Management: Maintain the branch Nominal Roll and execute accurate, timely monthly Salary Payments for all personnel.
    • Branch Compliance & Documentation: You will manage and verify essential operational forms to ensure high performance:
      • Client Feedback Forms: Actively collecting and analyzing data to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
      • Weekly Rotation Forms: Verifying guard deployments for accuracy.
      • Supervision Forms: Tracking patrol logs and guard performance in the field.
      • Monthly NSCDC Reports: Preparing and ensuring timely submission.
      • Note: Statutory filings (ITF, NSITF, etc.) are handled by the Head Office.
    • Customer Service & Portal Management: Act as the primary contact for inquiries. All official billing, invoicing, and documentation must be conducted via the Cyforce Security Office Portal: cyforcesecurity.com/office.
    • Marketing: Drive brand awareness and manage social media updates to promote branch activities and recruitment.

    Requirements & Stipulations

    • Qualifications: Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 to 3 years experience.
    • Background Verification: Candidates must consent to continuous background checks (criminal records, past employment, and character references).
    • Commitment: Strict adherence to the Cyforce Security Code of Conduct is mandatory.
    • Termination Policy: Either party may terminate employment with two (2) weeks' written notice.
    • Age: 21 to 45

    Work Schedule & Remuneration

    • Working Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays + the last three (3) working days of every month.
    • Remuneration: Salary is Negotiable (Commensurate with experience and commitment to excellence).
    • Data Allowance: Provided monthly to facilitate constant portal access.

    Job Description

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 to 5 years experience
    • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a professional security environment.
    • Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and incident response.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
    • Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
    • Age: 25 to 40

    Role Summary
