Bake / Cake Decorator
- Job Type Full Time , Onsite
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , NCE , OND , Secondary School (SSCE)
- Experience 3 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Catering / Confectionery
- Prepare and bake cakes, cupcakes, pastries, and other baked products according to approved recipes.
- Decorate cakes professionally using buttercream, fondant, ganache, and other finishing techniques.
- Design custom cakes based on customer specifications and event themes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and decoration supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery work area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Properly operate and maintain baking equipment and tools.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Create new cake designs and contribute ideas for seasonal and promotional products.
- Conduct quality checks on all baked products before display or delivery.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service team to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure all orders are accurately labeled, packaged, and ready for pickup or delivery.
