Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:

Content Creation & Management:

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.).
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.

Engagement & Community Management:

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor conversations, trends, and brand mentions online.

Advertising & Promotion:

• Run paid social media campaigns to promote services, offers, or events.
• Optimize ads for performance, reach, and return on investment (ROI).

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights for improvement.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align efforts.
• Collaborate with influencers or partners for campaigns or events.

Trend Monitoring:

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Recommend innovative ideas to keep the brand competitive online.
