    Sales Executive

    Job Purpose

    • Responsible for developing growth in the company through increased sales and customer acquisition.
    • Shall be responsible for managing the expectations of clientele, advertisers and agencies.
    • Seal deals amicably with our clients and keep them happy with Clout Africa.

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Identify and secure business opportunities, coordinate business generation activities, and develop customized targeted sales strategies.
    • Build business relationships with current and potential clients.
    • Identify and explore partnership opportunities to the fullest.
    • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support by answering potential client questions, follow-up call questions and respond to client requests for proposals.
    • Collaborate with team members and departmental head to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
    • Create informative presentations, present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients, maintain a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
    • Cold call, make multiple outbound calls to potential clients, close sales and work with the client through the closing process.
    • Meet all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
    • Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
    • Collaborate with team members on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.

    Education, Experience and Skillset

    • Degree in Business, Marketing, or any other related field.
    • Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
    • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
    • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
    • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
    • Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
    • Demonstrated and proven sales results.
    • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.

    Client Services Graduate Intern

    Job Purpose

    • As a Client Service Graduate Intern, you will support our client service team in delivering exceptional services to our clients.
    • You will gain hands-on experience in client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving.

    Video Editor

    Job Purpose

    • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Video Editor to join our team, someone who can help us create high-quality video content that engages and inspires our audience.
    • To handle the post-production phase of creating videos or films. Bring together raw footage and media and edit these to form videos that are fully ready for viewing.
    • The video editors who hold the finished videos to high standards, aim for coherent storylines, seamless transitions, visual appeal, and alignment with creative vision.

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Splice raw film footage together from various sources and shoots, and combine it with other scenes to create a cohesive story
    • Evaluate edited footage to make sure it matches the story from the script and meets the narrative agenda of the producer and director
    • Edit footage into timelines and cut time out of certain shots to create a more impactful story for the audience
    • Combine visual footage with audio sound effects, dialogue, ambient sound and a musical soundtrack to create more drama
    • Use computer editing software programs, video switching devices, digital video effects programs and other tools to piece together video components
    • Ensure all editing cuts, splices, changes and additions appear seamless and natural and help the story flow more effectively in the finished product
    • Create sound effects by recording specific audio clips or choose audio effects from a database of sounds to include in the final video
    • Discuss project timeline, narrative structure, story goals and more with the director and any producers as the project is edited.

    Education, Experience and Skillset

    • SSCE, Diploma, Certificate or degree in film, art, videography or related
    • Excellent computer literacy
    • Proficient in editing softwares, such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Elements, Adobe Premiere Rush and Corel Video Studio Ultimate.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Relative fitness and stamina to work long hours
    • Proficiency with camera equipment.
