    Client Services Graduate Intern

    Job Purpose

    • As a Client Service Graduate Intern, you will support our client service team in delivering exceptional services to our clients.
    • You will gain hands-on experience in client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving.
    • This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, build your network, and kick-start your career in client services.

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain existing client relationships to the level of delivering superior customer service at every point of interaction.
    • Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on service delivery.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, databases, and spreadsheets.
    • Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets.
    • Follow up on the progress of the campaign with other operations department (change of material and change in schedule plan).
    • Attend to Clients' enquiries, requests, and queries via face to face, emails, and telephone conversations. (Sponsorship, interview, OB, compliance etc.)
    • Good Filing, sorting and safekeeping of documents.
    • Develop active synergy with the marketing team to ensure that client relationships are managed seamlessly.
    • Deliver superior client service with courtesy and good manners to both internal and external Clients.
    • Document and communicate feedback from Clients to management and other members of the commercial value chain with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction.
    • Work closely with the client services team to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas.

    Reporting

    • Reports to Client Service Executive.
    • Daily activity reports and weekly performance

    Qualifications / Experience and Skillset

    • Degree in Business, Marketing, Social sciences or any other related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
    • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
    • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
    • Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work as an active member of a team.
