Customer Service Vacancy ( Female for gender balance)
- Job Type Full Time , Onsite
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND
- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service
- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
- Attending to customers’ inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, prices, and company policies.
- Resolving customer complaints promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and service requests.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Assisting customers with product selection and usage guidance.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in customer requests.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Updating customer databases and preparing service reports when required.
