Aftersales Service Representatives at MeWe Electronics

About the Role

MeWe Electronics is recruiting customer-focused and service-driven Aftersales Service Representatives to support our growing after-sales operations.

The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, manage repair requests, coordinate service activities, provide timely updates, and ensure every customer receives a professional and satisfactory service experience.

We welcome candidates with experience as Customer Service Representatives, Front Desk Officers, Service Advisors, Service Coordinators, or Repair Reception Officers.

Applicants must have previous experience in the 3C's (Computer, Communication & Consumer Electronics) or Home Appliance industry, with a strong understanding of after-sales service management, customer experience, repair coordination, warranty support, and service network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer enquiries through walk-in visits, telephone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Register repair requests and accurately create service tickets.
• Coordinate repair appointments and technician schedules.
• Provide customers with timely updates on repair progress and estimated completion dates.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Verify warranty eligibility and service documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and repair history.
• Coordinate closely with technicians regarding repair status and spare parts availability.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process.
• Escalate unresolved technical or service issues when necessary.
• Achieve customer service KPIs, response times, and service quality targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in customer service, front desk operations, service coordination, or after-sales support within the 3C's (Computer, Communication & Consumer Electronics) or Home Appliance industry.
• Experience working in a service center or appliance repair environment is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM/service management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
