Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely, effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Build and sustain positive relationships with clients
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Support service delivery by communicating customer feedback to relevant teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email communication)
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
