Customer Service Representative at Kuddy Cosmetics

Location: Tradefair - Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, with a rotational Saturday schedule.

Job Summary

• We are looking for a confident, solution-oriented, and commercially aware Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
• In this role, you will be the face of our brand, serving customers across in-store, telephone, and online channels, resolving enquiries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via in-store, telephone, and online channels.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policy.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products during customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues.
• Support in-store promotional activities and assist customers in locating products.
• Prepare customer service reports and share insights with your supervisor.
• Uphold the company's brand standards and values in every customer interaction.
• Collaborate with the sales, inventory, and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently.

What We Are Looking For
Requirements:

• Minimum of OND or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, retail, or client-facing role.
• Proven experience handling customer interactions across multiple channels.
• Experience in an FMCG or retail environment is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer management tools is desirable.
