The Role.

As a Field Growth Associate, you will represent the organization within communities, supporting individuals and business owners in managing their daily savings and growing their financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize and onboard new members into the savings program
• Guide clients through registration and basic documentation (KYC)
• Facilitate daily contribution collections and keep records updated
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Follow up on pending or missed contributions
• Keep accurate daily and weekly activity records
• Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned areas

What We Are Looking For

• Education: SSCE / OND / NCE or higher
• Communication: Ability to speak English clearly (local language is an advantage)
• Mindset: Target-driven, confident, and result-oriented
• People Skills: Strong relationship-building and interpersonal ability
• Integrity: Honest and reliable with basic record-keeping ability
• Local Knowledge: Good understanding of Port Harcourt and its environs
