    Facility Manager (Hospital Environment)

    Department: Facilities Management / Operations
    Reports To: Head of Operations

    Job Summary:

    The Facility Manager is responsible for the effective operation, maintenance, and safety of all physical infrastructure, equipment, and support systems within the hospital. This includes overseeing building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing), ensuring regulatory compliance, managing vendor contracts, and coordinating facility-related projects. The role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, functional, and patient-friendly environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the maintenance and operation of hospital infrastructure.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
    • Supervise facility maintenance staff and coordinate janitorial, security, gardening, and waste management teams.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all hospital systems and equipment.
    • Manage budgets related to facilities repairs, utilities, and capital projects.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility or operations management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
    • Strong knowledge of hospital safety codes, infection control standards, and building regulations.
    • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    The Hospital Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, visitors, and hospital property. This role involves supervising guards, monitoring compliance with hospital policies, coordinating emergency responses, and serving as a liaison between hospital management and the security team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel across all hospital zones.
