Security / Safety Officer at EPIC Foundational School, Elebu

Job responsibilities:

• Patrolling and monitoring the school premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or any disorderly conduct
• Monitoring the access of visitors, staff, and students to maintain order and security within the school
• Assisting in emergency evacuation procedures and drills
• Documenting all security incidents and accidents, as required by the school’s policies
• Collaborating with the school administration and local law enforcement agencies
• Providing guidance to students and staff on security measures and procedures
• Maintaining a high visibility presence to deter inappropriate action.

Requirement:

• SSSCE / High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a security officer or similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Strong crisis management skills.
